More Information About Moodle Puppies

Are Moodle good apartment dogs?

The Moodle puppies are amazing companion dogs for apartments due to their compact size. Many people, the world over, who live in small homes such as apartments own Moodle, sometimes even more than just one. Moodle don’t shed a lot, and don’t need a lot of exercise, but daily walks to the park and around the block are important!

What’s wrong with puppy mills?

You might be tempted to get your dog from a puppy mill due to their offers of cheap , but hear us out first. It’s never a good idea to get a puppy from a mill because these places don’t pay a lot of attention to genetic matching or newborn puppy care. This results in sickly puppies that might be cheap to buy at first but will cost you thousands at vet’s later on.

Q. How long have you been raising dogs?

We have been raising  dogs on and off for over 10 years. However, we have been involved in raising and training dogs a lot longer, since early childhood. Both our families have been deeply passionate about canine companions. So you might say raising family companions for the betterment of the breed is a family tradition!

Do you offer a health guarantee on your puppies?

Yes all puppies come vet checked, vaccinated, and with a health guarantee. All the pertinent paperwork is included when the puppy goes to their new homes.

I am interested in purchasing more than 1 puppy. Are there discounts for multiples?

Yes we do offer discounts for purchasing more than 1 puppy.

How old are the puppies before they are ready to go?

We normally place puppies into their new homes when they reach 8 weeks of age. Each individual puppy developmental needs are our top priority when it comes to deciding when they are ready to join their new families, therefore the ages might vary slightly from puppy to puppy.

Are your dogs registered?

Yes all our dogs are registered by a variety of kennel clubs.

Do you potty train puppies before placing them into new homes?

Yes we begin potty training puppies before they go to their new homes, however all puppies learn on their own time, and some will be more trained than others. It is important to keep in mind that the bladder control of a young puppy is not fully developed due to the size and will improve as the puppy matures and grows. Consistency is the clue when it comes to potty training your puppy. It is important to develop and maintain a consistent feeding and potty schedule to successfully develop the appropriate reflexes in your puppy.

Do you keep you puppies inside or outside?

Puppies are kept inside with frequent trips outside.

Is the deposit included in the price?

Yes the deposit to hold a puppy is included in the price.

How and when are the puppies vaccinated? What types of vaccinations do puppies receive?

We strongly believe that vaccinations should be done by a professional trained to do so in a professional environment. Therefore, all puppies are vaccinated by our veterinarian in a veterinarian clinic, and all pertinent paperwork will be provided when puppies go to their new home. Puppies receive their 1st set of Distemper/Parvo vaccine at 6 weeks of age. It is important to continue the vaccination schedule included with you puppy records to ensure the appropriate immunity is developed.
